Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your purchase carefully as Nicora Boutique does not offer store credit, refunds or returns if you change your mind or if your garment doesn't fit. Please use our Sizing Guide for measurements. 
Returns on Cosmetics and Accessories are strictly prohibited for hygiene purposes. 

It is public knowledge that much of our inventory (especially dresses) are previously owned with the acceptation that our garments are not brand new or bought directly from wholesale manufacturers.

Although our inventory is inspected very carefully and our descriptions of listings are written as accurately as possible, on the rare occasion we may overlook a fault in a garment and if so, please contact us directly with photo evidence so we can rectify this issue as we see fit. 

Due to the 'second hand' nature of our inventory, returns are only accepted upon the rare occasion that:

  • The incorrect garment has been sent to you
  • The garment was inaccurately described
  • The garment is faulty (without mention on its listing) 

Please note that if a 'return' is necessary, all postage costs will be excluded in the refunded payment and payment may not always be refunded in the same payment method, this may sometimes be made via PayID, Osko or cash. 

We try our utmost hardest in providing you with designer apparel at exceptionally low prices and we hope to provide you with a hassle free shopping experience with us.
